The last will and testament Nuncupative of Robert Baker late whilst he lived of pahishe [parish] of Wickhambrooke [Wickhambreaux] in the County of Kent, Singleman, deceased by him made and declared in the tyme of his sicknesse whereof hedyed and aboute a day or two before his death he being then of very good and perfect meomry [memory] in these words following or the like in respect and substance, that it to say

He beinge put in minde to make his will and he approveinge of that motion demand was made of him that he would dispose of his goods, etc.
The said Robert Baker thereunto answered his Brother James should have his clothes and his Brother John should have some what were left to his Brother Trittens discretion

And the rest of his goods he gave and left to his Brother in law Robert Tritton and to his disposeing thereby meaninge as the witnesses then present contented that the said Robert Tritton should be his Executor there being then present and Witnesses of the premisses

Elizabeth the wife of William Tritton and Jane Foreman als. Formill of Wickhambrooke (sic) aforesaid

Robert Baker was buried at St. Andrew, Wickhambreaux on 30th March 1629.
Robert Baker was the son of Sam(p)son Baker who married 30 Oct 1584 at Wickhambreaux to Katherine Wallbancke.
