William Baker of Adisham being very sicke and weake, but at that time of good & sound memory, did make this his last Nuncupative Will & Testimony in the prsence [presence] of us whose names are here underwritten

Imprimis he declared his will & pleasure to be that his two daughters in law be payd without fayl [fail] their portions due to them upon bond, as followeth if he lived his will and meaning was to pay each of them the full fourscore pounds a peece, but if he dyed of that sicknes his will & meaning was that they have threescore pounds a peece payd them, and that the other 20l [�20] a peece be deducted for their bringing up, wch [which] he sayd came to more

Item he gave twenty pounds to his eldest brothers eldest sonne to be payd at his age of 21 yeares & if he dyed before he attaynes those yeares, then he gave his sayd Nephew becaus (sic) his paynes & care would be greatest in looking after his affayres [affairs] if he dyed

Lastly his debts & Funerall expences being discharged his will & meaning was that the rest of his estate personall & real, be equaly divided betwene all his brothers (to use his own words) share and share alike, not knowing which of them he loved best
