In the name of God Amen
I Abraham Baker of the burow [Borough] of Hoath within the parish of Reculver in the County of Kent, Husbandman, being sicke and weake in body but of perfect minde and memory thanks be God for it doe make constitute and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner and forme following
First and principally I comitt my soule to Allmightie God my heavenly Creator hopeing in Jesus christ my Saviour to be saved by his death and passion and my body to be buryed in the Chappell yard of Hoath

Item I give and devise to my Sister Mary Baker three pounds to be paid to her at her age of one and twenty yeares by my Executor hereafter named

Item I give and devise to my younger Sister Elizabeth Baker three pounds to be paid to her at her age of one and twenty yeares by my Executor hereafter named

Item I give and devise to my welbeloved Mary Wilkes five pounds to be paid to her one month after my decease by my Executor

Item I make and ordaine my father Abraham Baker my sole Executor to this my last will and to receive all the moneys that is owing to me paying the Legacyes and funerall expense
And all the rest of my goods I give to my father for his paines
Furthermore I renounce all other wills made by me at any time before

In Witnes hereof I have sett my hand and seale this second day of March one thousand six hundred eighty two

John Cullen Elizabeth Baker Will : Sonnocles Exd.

Probatum fuit: Vicesimo Octavio dei Aprilis Anno Dini 1683 [28th April 1683]

Notes:
Abraham Baker was buried at Holy Cross, Hoath on 13th March 1682.
He had been christened 20th November 1653, s. of Abraham and Mildred Baker at St. Mary, Stodmarsh. His sisters christenings have not been found (Commonwealth?).

Father Abraham Baker had married Mildred Numan 4 Oct 1652 at Stodmarsh. He is thought to have died and been buried at St. Nicholas, Sturry in 1691, some 9 years after his son.
