Item I give and bequeath unto my loving couzon Abraham Baker of Boxley aforesaid, husbandmen, the sum of tenn pounds of lawful English money to be paid unto him and within the month or next after my decease by my executor hereafter named.

couzons William Baker, Henry Baker, James Baker and John Baker, sonnes
of my loving brother William Baker lately deceased twelve? pence a
piece of lawful English money to be paid unto them by my executor
hereafter named.
Item I give and bequest to my loving sister Sarah
??iner of Maidstone aforesaid, widdow hoolus? pence of like money and
unto my Sister in law Margaret Baker of the same, widow the like sum of
hoolne? pence of like money to be paid unto them by my executor hereafter
named.
Item I give and bequeath unto my loving cozon Thomas Baker of Boxley aforesaid husbandman, son of Jeffery Baker my late deceased brother and to the heir or assignee of the said Thomas Baker all and singular my mess?ner or tenement lands tenement and ? Whatsoever with their appurtenances situate lyeing and being in the town And parish of Maidstone aforesaid or either of them and ? over all parishes of Debtling and Bromfield in the said county of Kent or else where in the same county and I do make nominate constitute and ordane my said loving couzon Thomas Baker, sonn of my said late deceased brother Jeffery Baker sole and who executor of this my last will and testament to whome from and after my debts legacies and funerall expenses are paid and discharged I give and bequeath the then rest and residue of all my goods householdstuffe both and perfor?? of late whatsoever and wheresoever and I do hereby revoke default and make void all other wills and ?
