In the first place I give unto my Son Thomas Baker the Sum of One Shilling of good and lawfull money of Great Britain
Item I give unto Anne my wife paying this Legacy above mentioned all my personal estate and
moveables within doors and without and of this my will I do make constitute and appoint my said wife
my sole and only Executrix for the performance thereof
And I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me formerly made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Six and Twentieth day of October in the
year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Twelve 1712
