Item I give and devise to my Daughter Martha Coobs [Cobb] of Milton the Sum of Five Shillings of lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid to her by my Executors hereinafter named within three months after my decease
Item I give and devise unto my Loving Wife Anne and to my Son James Backer and to their Heirs and Assigns forever All my personal Estate to be equally divided betwixt them share and share alike
And lastly I do hereby make constitute nominate and appoint my said Wife Ann and my said Son James full and sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament
