Item I give and devise to my loving wife Mary Baker All that my Tenement or dwelling house with all
the Lands and appurtenances to the same belonging Scituate and being in a certain Village called Breech
in the parish of Barrham (sic) and County of Kent aforesaid now in the Occupacon of William Boake or of
his Assigns To have and to hold all and Singular the said Tenement or dwelling house Lands and
pemisses [premises] unto my said Wife Mary and her assignes for and during the Term of her natural Life
and immediately after her decease I give and devise the said Tenement Lands and pemisses with
thapputens. [the appurtenances] equally between my two sons Henry and Richard Baker their heirs and
Assignes for ever
And of this my psent [present] Last Will and Testament I do make constitute and appoint my said loving Wife Mary Sole Executrix to whom I give all my personall Estate whatsoever, She paying my Debts and funerall Charges and the Probate of this my Will
In Witness whereof I have to this my psent [present] Last Will and Testament Set my hand and Seale

Notes:
Henry Baker was buried on 10th December 1717 at St. John the Baptist, Barham.
His wife Mary died and was buried there (Widow) 9th September 1718.
Henry Baker married Mary Spain by Licence 8th July 1707 at Boughton-under-Blean. He was a Bachelor,
Hoopmaker of Barham; she was a single woman of Wooton.
Their children, christened at Barham: 11-Apr 1708 Mary; 24-Dec 1710 Henry;
Their son christened at St. Giles, Kingston (next Barham): 30 Aug 1713 Richard.
