Item I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife Margaret All my worldly Goods Stock Crop Ready money debts and houshold goods so long as she shall live or remain my lawful Widow paying off all my Just debts
And after the decease of my loving Wife Margaret or if she should marry again Then I give unto my Two Sons John and Thomas All my worldly Goods Stock Crop ready (money) Debts and houshold goods equally to be shared between them paying to my Two Daughters Mary and Elizabeth Fourty pounds apeice at One and Twenty years of Age and paying of my Wife five pounds a year during her natural Life
Item I give unto my Two Sons All my Lands that I now possess lying in Elham or that I have any right to possess hereafter in the parish of Barham equall to be shared between them
And I do leave and appoint my loving Wife Margaret and my loving Son John whole and sole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament

Notes:
Thomas Baker was buried at St. John the Baptist, Barham on 17th June 1724.
His wife Margaret did not die until 1766 and was buried at Barham on 2nd June 1766.
Thomas Baker married Margaret Ford on 18th April 1710 at Shepherdswell (or Sibertswold).
Their children (all christened at Barham):
25-Apr 1711 Ann; 20-Jul 1713 John; 19-Nov 1717 Thomas (dies?); 26-Dec 1719 Thomas; 14-Jul 1720 Mary; 21 Nov 1722 Elizabeth.
