After payment of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary charges I give and bequeath all and
every my household goods and chattels, plate, linen & china, books, monies, securities for money,
rights, credits and effects and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what
nature sort or kind soever of which I shall be possessed or entitled unto at the time of my decease
unto my dear Wife Jane and her assigns for her own use and benefit absolutely and for ever
(except the Family Bible which I give and bequeath unto my Grand son Harry son of Harry William & Sarah Balcomb after his Grandmothers death
And I do hereby appoint my two Nephews Harry Hart of Maidstone, Cabinet Maker and Thomas Balcomb of the said Parish of St. Margaret Executors of this my will hereby revoking all former will or wills by me heretofore made I do declare this to be and contain my last will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Henry Balcomb the Testator have to this my last will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper set my
hand and seal the said twenty eighth day of April one thousand eight hundred and forty five

Proved at London the 10th February 1846 before the Worshipful John Danway, Doctor of Laws and Surrogate at the Oath of Harry Hart the Nephew one
of the Executors to whom Adm[inistrati]on was granted being first sworn duly to administer.
Power reserved of making the like grant to Thomas Balcomb the Nephew also the other Executor when he shall apply for the same
