In the Name of God Amen I Charles Bargrave of Shurland in the Parish of Eastchurch in the Isle of Sheppey in the County of Kent Gentleman Do make Publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)

I name and constitute my Brother Robert Bargrave to be the Sole Executor of this my Will of Give Devise and bequeath unto my said Brother Robert Bargrave all my Estate and Estates Real and Personal whatsoever and wheresoever whereof or wherein I or any other person or persons In Trust for me am or are seized possessed or in any way intitled unto To have and to hold the same Real and Personal unto my said Brother Robert his Heirs and Assigns for ever

he Paying thereout unto my loving Wife Sarah and her Assigns during the Term of her natural life one Annuity or Yearly Sum of forty pounds clear of all Taxes or deductions whatsoever by equal quarterly payments the first payment thereof to be made at the first Quarter day which shall first happen after my Death and I do hereby charge and Subject all my said Real and Personal Estates with the payment of the said Annuity or Yearly Sum of forty pounds
