I give and bequeath to my well beloved Wife Mary Bargrove and to my Son John Bargrove All my household
goods and chattels and moveable effects and all my business and to be partners
together in the said business
and if my Wife and my Son John Bargrove do not
agree together in my said business my Son John Bargrove shall have all my
household goods and chattels and moveable effects and business and debts of all kinds
But my Son John Bargrove shall pay or cause to be paid to my well
beloved Wife Mary Bargrove eight shillings Per Week for her life
I also give to my Son Thomas Bargrove Thirty five Pounds of lawful money
I also give to my Son William Bargrove five Pounds of lawful money
I also give to my Son Charles Bargrove five Pounds of lawful money
I also give to my Son Richard Bargrove five Pounds of lawful money
I also give to my Daughter Mary Fryer five Pounds of lawful money
I also give to my Daughter Ann Hester five Pounds of lawful money
all the above to be paid within Twelve Months after my Decease
I also give to Thomas Rice Two Pounds two shillings as acknowledgement for his Trouble that he may have in executing this my Will as I appoint the said Thomas Rice and my Son John Bargrove Executors of this my Will
I Do hereby ratify and confirm this Paper and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Writing
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day of May in the Year
of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety fore The Mark X of Thomas Bargrove
