First I desire that all my Just Debts and Funeral Expences be fully Paid and satisfied by Executrix hereinafter named
And from and after the Payment thereof I do hereby give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Mary
Barham all my Ready Money Book Debts Household Furniture Stock in Trade and
also all the Rest and Residue of my Estate and Effects whatsoever and
wheresoever for and during the Term of her natural life with liberty to Sell and
dispose of any Part thereof for any Improvement of the same for and towards
the support and Maintenance of herself and my Daughter Betsey Barham
And after the decease of my said wife Mary I do hereby give devise and bequeath the same and every Part thereof unto my said Daughter Betsey for her own use and benefit
and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife Mary Sole Executrix hereof and revoking all former wills do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
