I do give devise and bequeath unto Elizabeth Barham my dear and beloved Wife all my real Estate of Lands and Hereditary
and also I do Give all my Stock in Government Security transferable at the Bank of England
also all my Goods Chattels and all my other Effects whatsoever and wheresoever during her natural life
and after her decease I also Give Devise and bequeath to Abrum Barham Son of Benjamin Barham deceased of the Parish of Chevening in the said County of Kent all my real Estate of Lands and Hereditary as also all my Stock in Government Security at the Bank of England and all other my Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever
and I do hereby make ordain constitute and appoint my said Wife Elizabeth Barham sole Executor and Administrator of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Barham have to this my last Will and Testament set and subscribed my hand
and seal the 27 day of August in the Year of our Lord 1791 Thomas Barham

Whereas I Thomas Barham of Hollingbourne in Kent have made and only executed my last Will and Testament in Writing bearing date the 27th day of August 1791 now by this present Writing I do make a Codicil to my said Will and Testament the same to be taken as a part thereof
first I Give to my Brother James Barham of Broomfield in Kent the Sum of Fifty Pounds
and to my Brother Uriah Barham of Hollingbourne the Sum of Fifty Pounds
To my Neice Sarah the Wife of William Wisenden of Hollingbourne I give the Sum of Thirty Pounds
and to my Neice Mary the Wife of John Ellis of Harrietsham in Kent I also give the Sum of Thirty Pounds
all which said Legacies I order and direct to be paid immediately after the decease of my Wife Elizabeth Barham
and I do hereby appoint my Grandson Abraham Barham of Chevening in Kent to be joint Trustee and Executor together with my said Wife Elizabeth Barham named in my said Will to perform all acts and things named in my said Will directed to be done
and I do hereby ratify and confirm my said Will in every particular which is not
altered by this Codicil which I have here made and unto which I have set my
hand and seal this thirtieth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand
