Will of Judith Barham

of Chevening, Kent

To my Nephews William Cook Thomas Cook and John Cook and to my Nieces Judith Hodges Mary Brooker & Elizabeth Cook to each of the above six persons I give the Sum of ten pounds

To my niece Hannah Cook I give twenty pounds
to my Niece Sarah Cook I give one hundred pounds
all which my said Nephews and Nieces the Sons and Daughters of my late Sister Mary the Wife of John Cook of Ullcombe in the said County of Kent

To my brother George Eason for & during the term of his natural Life I give the Sum of ten pounds a year to be paid to him Yearly and every year by my Son Abram Barham

To my Sister Rose Eason for & during the term of her natural Life I give the Sum of five pounds a year to be paid to her Yearly and every year by my aforesaid Son Abram Barham

all which said Legacies & anns I direct shall be paid out out of my three per Ct Anns in the bank of England or out of some other of my Estate by my said Son Abram Barham whom I do hereby appoint to execute my last Will & Testament

all the rest residue & Remainder of my Estate whether Goods Money Securities for money Stock in the Public Funds or any other kind of property whatsoever & wheresoever I give & bequeath the same & every part thereof unto & to the use of my aforesaid Son Abram Barham his Heirs Exors Admors & Assigns absolute for ever

Signed sealed & declared as my last Will & Testament this thirteenth day of July in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & four _ Judith Barham
