them well repaired until my sonnes come to there severall ages of one and twentie yeares, and then
my executor or executors or there executor or assignes shall make over to my sonne or sonnes a true
accompte and deliver up the lands and the profitte thereof unto my sonne or sonnes when they come to their several ages of xxjti yeares
