In the next place I give and bequeath all my Real Estate in the two houses bought of my Father to my
said Father for and during the term of his Natural life
And after his decease to my dear sister Mrs Elizabeth Bate my Executrix and to her issue lawfully to be begotten
And for want of such issue so to be given by to whom she shall think fitting
All my personal Estate as ready money all my wearing apparel of all sorts and all other my goods and chattels I also give unto my dear sister Elizabeth Bate to be given and bestowed as she shall think fitting

interlining being first made) us

The before Registered Will was proved the 14th day of July 1737 before the Worshipful George Paul Doctor of Laws Vicar General to the most Rev�d Father in God John by devine providence Lord Archbishop of Canterbury Primate of all England and Metropolitan and Adm�on of the deceaseds goods was committed to Elizabeth Bate sister of the deceased and Executrix named in the said Will she being sworne well and truly to perform the same.
