I give devise and bequeath unto my friend Charles Baker the younger of Ashford aforesaid Carpenter and his Heirs All that my Messuage or Tenement with the outhouses edifices buildings gardens orchards lands hereditaments and premises thereto belonging containing by Estimation half an acre be the same more or less with the Appurtenances situate lying and being at Barrow Hill in Ashford aforesaid and now in my tenure possession or occupation To hold the same messuage lands and premises unto the said Charles Baker and his Heirs for ever
upon Trust and condition nevertheless that he the said Charles Baker or his Heirs shall and do as soon after my decease as conveniently may be sell and dispose of the same premises for the best price he or they can get and out of the monies that shall be raised by the sale thereof pay and discharge all my just debts legacies Funeral Expences the charges and expences of proving this my Will and other incident charge
and I give and bequeath unto the said Charles Baker the sum of ten pounds of lawful money of Great Britain in trust for and to and for the sole peculiar and separate use and benefit of Elizabeth Clementson my Housekeeper or servant exclusive of her Husband to pay the same into her own proper Hands whose receipt for the same under her hand alone and exclusive of her husband shall be a good and sufficient discharge of and for the same it being my Will and meaning that the same sum of ten pounds or any part thereof shall not be subject or liable to the debts controul intermedling or engagements of her husband
and I do make nominate constitute and appoint the said Charles Baker full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and for his care and trouble in executing the trust hereby reposed in him I give unto him the sum of three Guineas
and all the rest and residue of my personal Estate after payment of my debts legacies funeral expences the charges and expences of proving this my Will and other incident charges I give and bequeath unto my neice Annabella the wife of Mr. John Elliott and my neice Mary the wife of Mr. William Taylor equally to be divided between them part and share alike
