I William Beake bequeath the whole of my property now in the 3 per cent Consols [3 per cent Consolidated Bank Annuities] £635. 10s. 9d. to my dear Mother Mary Beake for her life and at her disposal

I also further appoint Mr. William Boucher Sadler of Rochester Kent and Mr. Thomas Dodd of Throwley also of Kent as my Executors

Proved at London 3rd August 1829 before the Judge by the oath of William Boucher one of the Executors to whom Administration was granted being first sworn by Comon [Commission] duly to Administer
Power reserved of making the like grant to Thomas Dodd the other Executor When he shall apply for the same.

William Beake was christened 27th December 1807, s. of Thomas and Mary Beake at St. Michael and All Angels, Throwley, Kent. He was buried there, aged 21, on 10th May 1829.
