In the Name of God Amen the nineteenth Daye of March Anno Dmi 1611.
I THOMAS BEANE of Kingsdowne in the Parishe of Ringewould Fysherman being sicke in bodye but of sounde memorye doe make and ordayne this my laste Will and Testament in manner and forme following.
First I comit my soule into the Hands of God and my Corps to be buryed in the Churchyarde of Ringewold aforesaid at the discretion of myne Executor.

Alsoe I will that yf MARGERYE my Wyffe doe happen to oute lyve me the said MARGERYE shall have myne house togeather with the garden backeside and edifices thereto belongynge and all my Landes in Ringewould nowe in the occupation of THOMAS LOVELACE dureinge the terme of her naturall lyfe to her and her Assignes.

And after her decease she soe out lyve me my will is that my Sonne in Lawe HENRYE MAYE shall have the three rode of Lande by Easte of Kingsdowne beinge the remainder of my late seaven rode whereof one acre I have solde to THOMAS BAYLIE of Kingsdowne Carpenter to hold the sayd three rode of Lande unto the sayd HENRYE MAYE and his Heires forever.

And my Will further ys that then yf my sayd Wyffe doe oute lyve me the sayd HENRYE MAYE shall have holde and enjoye my house before named with all the other mentioned premisses after the decease of my sayd Wyffe for and during the whole space of sixe yeares to him and his Assignes.

But yf it happen that the said MARGERYE my Wyffe shall departe thys lyfe before me and that I oute lyve her then my will is that after my decease the sayd HENRYE MAYE shall have holde and enjoye the sayd three rode of Lande to him and his Heires forever.
And my house garden backesyde and other Landes nowe in the occupation of THOMAS LOVELACE for and during the space of sixe yeares next insueinge my decease to him and his Assignes. The which house and edifices I will the said HENRY shall sustayne with all deeds full and necessarye reparations during the time I have willed he shall have holde and enjoye them.

And after the end and expiration of sixe yeares in which the sayd HENRYE MAYE shall holde my said house and other mentioned premisses I will that NICHOLAS BEANE my Sonne shall have holde and enjoye my said house garden backesyde edifices and Landes nowe in the occupation of the said THOMAS LOVELACE to him and his Heires forever.

And of this my last Will and Testament I constitute and appoynte the said HENRYE MAYE my sole and onelye Executor.
