In the Name of God Amen in the Yeare of Our Lord 1626 the eighth Day of February. I NICHOLAS BEANE of the Parishe of Ringewould in the County of Kent Husbandman do thus make my laste Will and Testament beinge sicke in body but of perfect minde and memory God be thanked.
First I will and bequeath my soule to Almighty God and my body to bee buryed in the Churchyarde of Ringewold neere the Land Doore.

Item I will and bequeath unto EDWARD BEANE my Sonne the house wherein I now dwell and the backside and halfe an aker of Land in Straynden Shott joyninge to the Landes of THOMAS WILSON after the decease of REBECCA my Wife and not before to meddle with yt.

Item I will and bequeath to THOMAS BEANE my Eldestt Sonne and NICHOLAS BEANE my Youngest Sonne my other house wherein PARNELL BEANE doth now dwell and the rest of my Land in Straynden Shot unbequeathed to bee equally divided beetween them after the decease of REBECCA my Wife and not before to meddle with it.

Item I will to HENRY BEANE my Grandchild thirty shillinges at the age of twenty yeares to bee paid to him by EDWARD BEANE my said Sonne.
Item I will to SILVESTER BEANE my Grandchild twenty shillinges to bee paid to him at the age of twenty yeares by EDWARD BEANE my said Sonne.

Item I will to NICHOLAS PYESSINGE and ROBERT PYESSINGE two shillinges six pence apeece within twelve moneths after my decease to bee paid to them by EDWARD BEANE my said Sonne.

Item I will to SARAHE BEANE my Eldest Daughter forty shillinges within twelve moneths after my decease to bee paid to hir by EDWARD my said Sonne
Item I will to PRISCILLA BEANE my Youngest Daughter forty shillinges within twelve moneths after my decease to bee paid to hir by EDWARD my said Sonne

Item I will that THOMAS BEANE and NICHOLAS BEANE my other two Sonnes shall pay to their too Sisters SARAHE and PRISCILLA twenty shillinges apeece within twelve moneths after my decease.

Item I give to REBECCA my Wife all my moveable goods.
And I ordaine and appoint to bee my Executors REBECCA my Wife and EDWARD BEANE my Sonne.
