In the name of God Amen the seventeene daye of Apparall [April] and in the one and twenty yeare of Kinge Charole [1645]
I John Beane of the p[ar]ish of Winghame beinge syke in bodye but parfet in mynde, Thanke be to God, doe mak my last will and testament in maner and forme following
first I Comend my soule into the handes of allmightie God, belevinge by the blod shedinge of Jesus Criste my Saviour to have Eternall Lyfe and my bodye to the buryale

Item I give unto my sone John Beane the sum of fyftene poundes to be payde by my executor heare after mentioned with in tene yeare after my desse [decease] or at his daye of mariage which shall come first
Item I give unto my sone Steven Beane fyftene poundes to be payd in the same maner a fore syetifiction?
Item I give unto my sone Robart Beane tenn poundes to be payd in lyke maner
Item I give unto William Beane my sonn tenn poundes to be payd by my Executor when hee shall come to the age of one and twentye yeares

Item I give unto my dafter [daughter] Catorn the wife of Henry Liuvy of? five poundes to be payd within five yeares after my desese
Item I give unto my dafter Mary Beane five poundes to be payd tenn yeares after my desese
Item I give unto my dafter Margaret Beane five poundes to be payd within fortene yeares after my desese
Item I give unto Margaret Barchett the dafter of Lybeth Barchett five poundes to be payd when she shall been to the age of twentye yeares

Item I give unto Ann my wyfe all the Reste of my moveable goodes unbequethed to paye ny detes and all the legases before spesified apaynting [appointing] her my sole Executor of this my last will and Testament
and thus I have finished my last will and testament thankes be to Allmightie God amen
