In the Name of God Amen I WILLIAM BEANE of Wingham in the County of Kent Yeoman being of sound and perfect mind memory and understanding God be praised therefore revoking all former Wills by me made doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say).
First I recommend my Soule to Allmighty God my Creator hopeing by ye all sufficient Merritts of my Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to be made partaker of eternal Joy and Felicity in the Kingdom of Heaven and my Body I comitt to the Earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my Deare and Well Beloved Wife ELIZABETH whome I doe hereby make and constitute Sole Executrix of this my Will.

And as to that porcon of my worldly Estate with which it hath pleased Allmighty God of his infinite goodness to bless me I dispose thereof as followeth.
Imprimus I give and devise unto my said dear Wife ELIZABETH and her Assignes for and during the term of her natural life all that my message or tenement with the Lands and appurtenances therewith used situate lying and being in Wingham aforesaid and now or late in the tenance or occupation of WILLIAM HUTTON or his Assignes.

And from and imediately after ye decease of the said ELIZABETH I give and devise the said message or tenement with the Lands and Premises with the appurtenances unto my loving Daughter ELIZABETH WOOD and the Heirs of her Body lawfully begotten and to begotten and to their Heirs and Assignes forever.

Item I give and bequeath unto my two Grandchildren MICHAEL WOOD and WILLIAM WOOD ye sume of twenty pounds apeece of law full money of England to be paid unto them by my said Executrix at their respective ages of one and twenty years.
And if either of my said Grandchildren shall happen to depart this depart this life before the said Legacy shall grow due and payable then I give ye portion of him or her soe dyeing unto the survivor of them.

Item I give and bequeath unto my said loving Wife ELIZABETH ye use of all my Personall Estate not herein before given or bequeathed for and during the term of her natural life.
And from and imediately after her death I give and bequeath all my said Personall Estate unto my said Daughter and her children forever.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seale this 16th Day of June Anno Dmi 1701 WILLIAM BEANE his Mark.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said WILLIAM BEANE ye Testator to be his last Will and Testament in ye presence of us whose names are subscribed who allsoe have set our Hands in the presence of the said Testator
