First I give and bequeath to Andrew Beeching John Beeching Robert Beeching Edmond Beeching and William Beeching sonnes of Stephen Beeching the elder and to each of them the saide Andrew John Robert Edmond and William twenty poundes of laufull money of England to be paid to thym thyre heirs Executors administrators or assignes and to thyre every executor administrator or assigne of each of them when they and every of them and as each of them shall accomplish the full age of xxi years
Item I give and bequeathe to George Beeching sonne of the said Stephen tenne poundes of laufull money of England to be paid to the said George his heirs executors administrators and assignes when he shall accomplish the age of xxi years
Item I give and bequeath to Johan Beeching daughter of the said Stephen x s? of lawful money of England to be paid to the said Johan her heirs executors administrators or assignes when she shall first come to be married or come to the age of xxi yeares
Item I give to Margaratt Beeching and Dorothye Beeching and to each of them xx '? of laufull money of England to be paid to them the samme Margaratt and Dorothye and to every of them thyre executors administrators or assignes and to thyre exc. adm. or assignes when they and every of them shall first come to be married or to the age of xxi yeares,
Item I give and bequeathe to Stephen Beeching sonne of the above named Stephen and to the heirs and
assignes of the said Stephen all my landes and Tenements with thyre appurtinances being now in the parish of Hawkhurst
and more in the occupation of Alexander Slowman
To have and to hould the said landes and tenements with thyre appurtinances
to the same Stephen his hyres and assignes forever
Provyded that [if] he the said Stephen sonne of the above named Stephen do dye without issue of his body laufully begotten
Then the same landes and tenements shall [remayne] to William Beeching brother of the same Stephen
And his hyres forever
Item I give to the above named Margaratt my best Fethear bedd and boulster with the best coverlett and Pillowes
Item I give to Johan Beechynge my daughter a flannel bedd a bolster a coverlett and pillows,
To the said Johan one other feather bed now in the ....... of my sonne Stephen and the boulster to the same
The goodes so last given to be delivered at the day of their marriage or at
xxi years age at the discretion of my Executors,
And if any of them last named that is to say Margaratt and Johan dye then to their heirs?
Item I give and bequeath to John Mynge and Andrewe Mynge sonnes of Henry Mynge and Johan my daughter and to each of them the same Johan and Andrewe xx poundes to be paid by my Executors to them the said John and Andrewe their executors administrators or assignes when they and every of them shall come to the age of xxi yeares
Item I give to Henry Mynge sonne of the said Henry and Johan my daughter xxx poundes to be paid him when he
comes to xxi years
Item to Susanne Mynge daughter of the said Henry and Johan xxx poundes to be paid her when she shall
first come to xxi years of age or shall be maryed
Item I give to Margaratt the daughter of the said Henry and Johan xx poundes to be
her within one year after my deceasse
Item I give and bequeath to Andrewe Beeching and John Beeching sonnes of my said
sonne Stephen all my landes and tenements lying in the said parish of Hawkhurst and now in the occupation? of John
Collyer, To have and to hould the said landes and tenementes to the same Andrewe and John and theyr assignes for
[the term of] their natural lives and to the [longest lived] of them
The [remaynder] of the same landes after the deceasse
Of the same Andrewe and John, To remayne and come to George Beeching brother of the same Andrewe and John, And to
the heirs of the said George for ever
Item I bequeath all my household goods not before given that is to say of brass pewter Lynnen woollen iron and surge saving one payer of Iron Andyrons and Hooke of Iron .................. shall .......... as implements to my sonne Stephens [ heirs] for [ever ] I give to all the children of Stephen my sonne and Johan my daughter axcept, To Johan the daughter of Henry Mynge and Johan my daughter to be equally divided between the saide children with the saide Johan daughter of the saide Henry and Johan, Shall [have no part] of the same [division]
Item I give to Robert Emmery xx poundes to be paid within one year after my decease
Item whereas? my sonne Stephen now at this instant oweth me x (?shillings), I give the same to all the children of my saide sonne Equally to be divided among them to be delivered time and age above lymyted for the delyvery of the porticions above given, Also my Saide sonne Stephen at his own Costes shall repayre and amend from tyme to tyme to tyme the landes and Tenements before given to the saide Stephen until the child? come to xxi yeares of age
Item I give to John Carpenter my Kinsman of London? and his children xx poundes to be paid within one year after my decease
the rest of all my goodes and Chattells aswell moveable and immoveable I give and bequeathe to Stephen my sonne whom I make myn Executor upon condition that he do become bound by sufficient bond? in [wrytinge in] the Some of three hundreth? poundes? to John Gewell? and Edmonde Woodgatte? whom I make myn overseers and give them xx poundes to the performance?
