Will of Elizabeth Beeching

of Tunbridge Wells, Kent

This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Beeching of Tunbridge Wells in the County of Kent Widow

First I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
I give and bequeath to the Treasurer for the time being of a voluntary Society entitled the London Association in aid of the Missions of the United Brethren commonly called Moravians the sum of nineteen pounds nineteen shillings
And to the Treasurer for the time being of a Society called the British and Foreign Bible Society the sum of nineteen pounds nineteen shillings
And I direct that the receipt or receipts of the respective Treasurer or Treasurers for the time being of each of the said Societies shall be a good and sufficient discharge or good and sufficient discharges for the same

I also give and bequeath the pecuniary legacies following
To my son Thomas Beeching of Tunbridge in the County of Kent Banker the sum of fifty pounds
To my son Horatio Beeching of the same place Banker the sum of fifty pounds
To my son Stephen Beeching of Tunbridge Wells aforesaid the sum of fifty pounds
To my son Alfred John Beeching of the same place Gentleman the sum of sixty pounds
To my daughter Anna the Wife of Samuel Eyles Pierce of Tunbridge aforesaid the sum of fifty pounds
To my daughter Mary Beeching of Tunbridge Wells aforesaid Spinster the sum of fifty pounds

I do also bequeath to each of my Grand children Frederick Alfred Stone and Charles John Stone the children of my late daughter Elizabeth Stone the sum of twenty five pounds each

And as to all the residue and remainder of my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever after payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expences and the legacies before mentioned I give and bequeath the same unto my said daughters Anna Pierce and Mary Beeching to be equally divided between them share and share alike

And I appoint my said son Alfred John Beeching sole Executor of this my Will
