Gabriell Belke of Little Chart, Yeoman, will dated 18 May 1612
My bodie to be buried where and when it shall please god to call me to his mercie, which I here laye downe in full assurance that god by his power will raise it upp againe in the laste daye unto life eternall

20 shillings to the poore of the parishe of Little Chart
�80 to Valentine Belke, my eldest sonne att his full age of 21
�60 to son Thomas Belke att the full age of 21
�60 to son Michaell at his full age of 21
�90 to son John Belke at his full age of 21
�60 likewise to son Gabriell Belke
�80 to daughter Anne Belke at her full age of 21 or daye of marriage

Rest and residue to Katherine my wife whom I make my sole Executrix
My will and mynde is that yf Katherine my wife happen to marye before my sayed children shall accomplish their severall ages as abovesaid, that then my said wife shall paye unto John Belke & Thomas Hutchin my brothers those portions above given

I give unto Valentine, Thomas & Michaell Belke my sonnes, all my lands & tenements in the parishes of Molash, Sheldwich, Wye and Godmersham

To John Belke, my sonne, all my lands lyenge in Bethersden, lately purchased of Richard and Thomas Bull

To Gabriell Belke, my sonne, all those other my lands & tenements lyenge in Bethersden which I latelye by a shifte had betweene me and my brothers John and Michaell Belke to be had by the said Gabriell my sonne

My wife Katherine to take all the profits duringe the terme of her naturall life
