This is my last Will and Testament in Writing of me Philip Benge of the Parish of Speldhurst in the County of Kent

I give and bequeath to John Batchelor all my wearing Apparel

I give and bequeath all my real and personal Estate or Estates Goods Chattels Money Securities for Money Book Debts and all my real and personal Estate or Estates whatsoever and wheresoever not hereinbefore disposed of after my Debts and Funeral Expence and all Expences and Charges Paid to my Niece Elizabeth Burr of Tunbridge Wells in the County of Kent to her Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever to and for her own Proper use and Benefit

and do hereby make and nominate constitute and appoint my said Niece Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills and Testaments by me made

In Witness whereof I have set my Hand and Seal this twenty Fourth Day of May in the twenty second Year of Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third and in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred and Eighty two _ Philip Benge
