In the first place I do hereby direct and order that all my just debts funeral expences and Probate of this my Will be fully paid and discharged
Then as to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal Estate & effects whatsoever and of what nature kind and quality soever the same be money in the public funds Bills Bonds Mortgages Notes of hand and other securities for money that I shall die possessed of or interest in unto my dear Wife Mary
Also I do hereby give devise and bequeath unto my said dear Wife Mary that house messuage tenement and Wheelers Shop and about four Acres of land now in my own occupation together with two tenements Cottages and Premises near adjoining now in the occupation of William Susan and John Martin and to her heirs and Assigns for ever
And Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made declaring and Publishing this only to be my last Will and testament

my last Will and testament contained in sheet of paper set my hand and seal the
day and Year first above written John Bennett
