Item I give unto my daughter Mary now wife of John Glasscock of Chatham and my son Abraham Bensted one shilling a peice (they being provided for by their fathers will)
And the rest of my Goods and Chattels, and redy Money, and debts, and stock whatsoever and wheresoever, I give the same unto my two daughters Dorithy and An, after my debts and funerall Charges and the legaties given by my dere Husband be fully paid and sattisfied, to be Eaqually devided betwen them Share and Share alike
And I do hereby Nominate and appoint My Said two daughters Dorith and An Bensted Joynt Executrix�s of this My Last Will.

Appeared personally Anne Bates otherwise Bensted now wife of James Bates one of the Executrixes named in this Will and
exhibited the same and renounced and refused to take upon her the Execution thereof and the said Official admitted such her
Renunciation � She being sworn that She had not intermeddled and that she would not intermeddle with the deceased�s Goods and Chattells.
