I James Berdoe of Wrotham in Kent Gent being weak in Body but of sound mind and memory do make Constitute and Appoint this my last Will and Testament in manner and Form following

Imprimis I give and bequeath my whole real and Personal Estate to the Payment of my debts and what shall remain I desire may be divided in manner following Vizt.
One half of the remainder to my Eldest Son James Berdoe
One quarter to my Daughter Susanna Berdoe
the other quarter to my Son George Berdoe

But if my said Daughter Susanna or my said Son George or either of them dye before they attain to the Age of 21 years then I give and bequeath their or either of their Shares to my Eldest Son James Berdoe
and if my eldest Son dyes before he shall attain to the Age of 21 years I bequeath the said James�s Share to my Son George
And if any two of them should dye before the Age of 21 years Then I will that the whole go to the survivor

but in case all the said three Children should dye before they attain to the Age of 21 Years then I give and bequeath my whole Estate Subject as above to my Brother John Berdoe whom I make constitute and appoint Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament

And I do hereby revoke all other Will or Wills whatsoever made by me heretofore
