all such Tickets Bounty Money Prize Money Short allowance Money Smart money Pensions and all other such Pay and Wages Sum and Sums of Money Lands tenements Goods Chattells and Estate whatsoever as shall be any ways due owing or belonging unto my at the time of my Decease I do give devise and bequeath the same unto my beloved Brother John Berry of Chatham in the County of Kent Silversmith his Executors Administrators and Assigns
and I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Brother John Berry Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills Testaments and Deeds of Gift by me at any time heretofore made and I do ordain and ratify these Presents to stand and be for and as my only last Will and Testament

Will and Testament I have Set my hand and Seal the Twenty Sixth day of April in
the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Fifty and in the Twenty
third year of the Reign of his Majesty King George the Second by the Grace of
God over Great Britain etc. the mark of William Berry Signed Sealed Published
