all and every my pay wages sum and sumes of money lands tenements goods chattels and estate whatsoever and shall be any ways out owing or belonging unto me at the time of my decease I do give devise and bequeath the same unto my loving daughter Elizabeth BEVERSTOCK her heirs executors administrators and afsigns for ever
and I do hereby nominate and
appoint Robert SMITH of Chatham aforesaid Shipwright sole executor and guardian
to my said daughter during her minority of this my Will and Testament hereby
revoking all former and other Wills Testaments and Deeds of Gift by me at any time
heretofore made and I do ordain and ratify these presents to stand and be for and as
my only last Will and Testament in witnefs whereof to this my said Will I have set my
hand and seal the ninth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven
hundred and fifty seven and in the thirtieth year of the reign of his majesty King
George the Second over Great Britain.

This Will was proved at London on the thirteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty three before the Right Worshipful Sir Edward SIMPSON Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commifsary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Robert SMITH the sole executor named in the said Will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased having been first sworn commifsion only to administer the same.
