Item I give to Alexander Fleet his 3 children Thomas when 21 , Marie & Elizabeth when 18 or day of marriage, 40s each
and I give Elizabeth Fleet X pounds to be paid within on month after my decease

provided That my said sonne Zacharie his Heyres or assignes do paie to Vincent Billingherst the sonne of Robert Billingherst deceased

And ten pounds to Anne Billingherst the daughter of the said Robert

And my meaning is that if Zachary my sonne depart this natural life having only Yssew Mary his now daughter then the porcon of Vincent the sonne of Robert Billingherst is to be XX:ld more and the porcons of the said Anne and Mary to be five pounds more to either of them paiable As beforesaid:
