In the Name of God Amen I Stephen Bird of Friendsbury in the County of Kent Yeoman Do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)

First I give and devise unto my Daughter Anne Bird her Executors Administrators and Assigns all that my Lease of and in all that farm in Friendsbury aforesaid called or known by the name of Reed Court Farm and all my Interest whatsoever therein and Term of years to come and unexpired

and I further give to my said daughter Anne Bird her Executors Administrators and Assigns all the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattles ready money Jewells Plate Credits and Personal Estate whatsoever or wheresoever

and I do hereby make Nominate constitute and appoint my Trusty and well beloved Friends Thomas Ward of Dartford in the County aforesaid Gentleman and John Coosens of Stroud in the said County Gentleman Executors of this my last Will hereby making void all former and other Wills by me heretofore made

In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament sett and putt my hand and Seal this twenty Fifth day of June in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and thirty three St: Bird
