Item I give & bequeath unto my eldest sonne Richard Cree & William Cree all that p[ar]te of my house & tenement wherein my said sonne Richard Cree now Inhabiteth & dwelleth togeather wth all such other Roomes & buildings unto the same belonging & also one peece or p[ar]cell of areable & pasture Land Conteining in the whole by estimacon two acres of Land bee it more or lesse and also one small hemp Pott [plot?] & one little garden & one backside Court yard or place, all w[hi]ch are now in the tenure use and occupation of my said sonne Richard Cree or his Assignes, all wch edifices and Landes I give unto my said to Sonnes Richard Cree & William Cree & to their heires in fee Simple for ever to be equally shifted & devided betweene them imediately after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my youngest sonne John Cree all that parte of my said house wherein I myselfe doe now inhabite & dwell together w[i]thall the Roomes and Buildings unto the same belonging now in my one [own] use & occupation together wth one out kitchen & one little Barne and two peeces or parcells of arrable & pasture Lands, conteining in the whole by estimation two Acres of Land bee it more or lesse & one little garden & one Backside now are in my owne use and occupation & all other my Landes and Tenements whatsoever or whersoever (excepte that to be given and bequeathed unto my other two sonnes before expressed)
And my will and meaning (is) that my said sonne John Cree or his Assignes shall pay unto my daughter Agnes Farman the now wife of Richard Fareman of Ash next Sandw[i]ch or to her assignes the full sume of three pounds of lawfull money of England (wch I have formerly pr[o]mised her & her husband) wthin two yeares after my decease by thirty shillinges the yeare out of the Revennues of my said house and Landes above bequeathed and given unto him
Item my will and meaninge that my said sonne Richard Cree & his Assignes forever whosoever shall dwell in the said house hee now liveth in, shall have free liberty, ingresse, egresse & Regresse into & from the said kitchen to bake his or their bread as often as theire occasions shall soe require & also to & from the water well there to drawe & of the water there as theire occasions likewise shall require for ever w[i]thout any lawfull lett, molestation, trouble or [blank space] him the said John Cree or his assignes for ever onely my will & meaning is that my said sonn Richard Cree and his Assignes asaforesaid, shall finde halfe tharges [the charges] towards the maintayning of the said well buckett timber, wheele & Chaine
All the Rest of my goodes and Chattles ungiven & unbequeathed my debts Legacies and funerall expences discharged, I give & bequeath unto my said sonne John Cree whome I make my Sole Executor of this my last will and testament, revoakeing all former Wills
