This is my Last Will and Testament of me Ann Blechynden of Bilsington in the County of Kent Widow made this thirty first day of January in the year of Our Lord One thousand seven Hundred and Ninety three in manner following (that is to say)

I Give and bequeath all my Wearing Apparel of every kind, Rings, Books, Plate, Chinas, Linen and Household Furniture which I shall be possessed of at my decease unto my five Daughters Elizabeth, Mary, Catherine, Sarah and Ann I direct to be divided between them share and share alike by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as may be after my decease by such mode of Alotment as my said Executors shall see most proper

I give and bequeath unto my two Sons John Blechynden and George Blechynden the Sum of twenty pounds apiece to be paid to them within two calendar months next after my decease
I give and bequeath unto my Sister Margaret Smith now of Maidstone in the County of Kent Widow the Sum of ten pounds to be paid to her within two Calendar months next after my Decease

Item I give all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever which I shall at my Decease have power to dispose of subject to and after payment of all my just debts Funeral expences the charges of proving this my will and the full and whole costs charges and Expences of my Executors in and about the Execution thereof with a reasonable allowance for their journeys and trouble unto my said five Daughters Elizabeth, Mary, Catherine, Sarah and Ann I direct to be equally divided between them share and share alike

And I Nominate and Appoint Edward Hughes of Mersham in the said county of Kent Grazier and William Chittenden of Bilsington in the said County Grazier Executors of this my Will

And Whereas my late Husband Edward Blechynden of Bilsington in the said County Grazier by his Will gave me the use of a Silver Watch and seal for my Life Now it is my Earnest Wish and Desire that my Daughter Elizabeth Blechynden may have and take the said Watch and Seal for her own use
And I trust that all my other Children will express their Convert to her taking them in such manner as my Executors shall require them

And I hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I do declare this only to be my last Will and testament

This Will was proved at London the first day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Ninety four before the Right Honorable Sir William Wynne, Knight, Doctor of Laws, Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully Constituted by the Oaths of Edward Hughes and William Chittenden the Executors named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer

29th November 1793 Mrs. Anne Blechynden buried. Affid. [Affidavit, buried in Woollen] from Ashford), at St. John the Baptist, Mersham, Kent.
Husband Edward Blechynden pre-deceased Ann and was buried at Mersham on 29th October 1788, with a similar Affidavit.
