First I give and divide unto my dear and loving wife Mary Bolton for
and during the course of her natural life all the my ?? Or tenement
lands, hereditaments and privledges thereunto belongin with their and
every of their appurtnenances sutiate lying and being in Lenham
aforesaid and now in my own occupation.
2nd All that my ?? or tenement lands hereditaments and priviledges
thereunto belonging with their and every of their appurtenences situate
lying and being at or ?place called Lehams health in Lenham aforesaid
now in the tenure or occupation of Thomas Bolton, his assignees or
undertenants and which lately purchased of Elizabeth Rolfe and John
Earl.
And also all that my ?? Or tenement lands, their and every of
their appurtenances situate lying and being in Charing within said
county and now in the ? Or occupation of my said son Thomas Bolton or
his assignees and which I purchased of John Scott to hold. Unto my said
dear and loving wife Mary Bolton and her assigness foresaid during the
term of her natural life without ? Of ? Whe keeping the same in good
and ? Repair from and after her decease I give and divide the said ??
Lands hereitaments and premises thereunto belongin with theri and every
of their appurtenances in manner following, that is to say
first I give and devise all my said ? Or? Lands heremitaments and prmises therunto belonging with their and every of ther appurtnancnes and herunto for mentioned to be situated and being in Lenham aforesaid and now in my own occupation unto my daughter Catherin Hayes wife of Thomas Hayes of ? In the siad county ? For and during the term of her natural life and ? After her decease I give and divise the same unto my grandson Thomas Hayes son of the said Thomas Hayes and to his heirs and assigness forever.
Also I devise unto my son William Bolton all that my ? Or tenement lands heriditaments and premises thereunot belonging with their and every of theri appurtenances and hereinbefore ? To be situate lying and being aforesaid ? called Lenhamheath in Lenham aforesaid and to be now in the tenure or occupation of my said son Thomas Bolton, his assignees or under tenants and which I purchased of Elizabeth Rolfe and John Earll for and during the term of his natural life and after his decease I give and devise the same unto my grandson William Bolton son of my said son William Bolton and to his heirs and assigness forever.
And lastly I give and divide unto my said son Thomas Bolton for and during the term of his natural life all that my said ? Or tenement lands hereditaments and premises thereunto belong with ther and every of their appurtenances heretofore mentioned to be situate lying and being in Charing aforesaid and to be now in the tenure or occupation of my said son Thomas Bolton or his assignees and which I purchased of John Scott and from and after his decease I give and divse the same unto my grandson Thomas Bolton son of my said son Thomas Bolton and his heirs and assigness forever.
Item and the rest residue and remainder of my goods chattels ready ? And
all other my personal estate wheresoever and of what matters or kind
soever the value shall or my ? Of probate of this my will being first
paid and satisfied I give and bequest the same and every part and parcel
therof unto my said dear and loving wife Mary Bolton her executors
administrators and assignees forever and I do hereby nominate constitute
and app0int my said dear and loving wife Mary Bolton whole and sole
executrix of this my last will and testament and Lastly I do hereby
revoke And make void all former and other wills ? At any time
hertofore made and do declare this to be my only last will and testament
contained in three sheets of paper to the first and second of which I
have set my hand and to this third and last sheet my hand and seal the 12
day of January in the 5th year of the reign of our sovereign lorde
George the 3rd by the grace of Gold of Great Britain, Franz Ireland,
King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord
1765. Thomas Bolton signed sealed published and declared by the said
Thomas Bolton the testator avowed for his last will and testament in the
presnece of us who have herunto and in his presence and at his request
subscribed our names as witnesses.

The before registed will of Thomas Bolton was proved this 24 July 1769 before the worshipful Francis Simpson Doctor of Laws official General to the Reverend the arch deacon of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Mary Bolton widow, the relict of the deceased and sole Executrix In the said will being first sworn Duly to perform this
