Item I will & bequeath unto Edward Bonyar my eldest sonne one joyned bedsted, one feht [feather] bed wth all the furniture thereto belonginge to it standing in the Chamber ovr the haule
Item I will and bequeath to William Bonyar my sonne thirtie pounds of good and lawfull money of England, and to bee payde by mine executor at th'age of xxjti [21] yeares And also one bedstedle joyned, one fethrbed wth the furniture belonging to it, standing in the Chamber over the shoppe
Item I will & bequeath to Francis my eldest daughter ten pounds of good and
lawfull money of England to bee payde unto her by mine Executor at thage of xxjti yeares
Item I will and bequeath unto An my seconde daughter twentie pound of good
and lawfull money of England to bee payde unto her by mine Executor at thage of xxjti yeares
Item I geve and bequeath unto Mathe Bonyar my yongest daughter ten pounds of good and lawfull money of England to bee payde unto her
by mine Executor at thage of xxjti yeares
And if it fortune anie of my sayde daughters doe dye before they come to their ages of xxjti yeares,
then my will & minde is that the survivors of survivor of this my sayde daughters shall inherite their portions so deceased
All the residue of my moveable goods & chattles unbequeathed I will and bequethe to Elizabeth my wife whome I make and ordaine my sole Executor, and shee for to pay all my debts and legacies herein named, and to bring up my Children decentlie and honestlie, and in some learning for they to know how to praise? God
This is the last will and Testamt. of mee the sayde Thomas Bonyar of all my two howses and lands
set, lying and being in the p[ar]ishe of Leedes aforesayde wth all and singular the appurten[a]ncs,
wch I will and bequeath to Edward Bonnyar my eldest sonne & to his heires for ever
And hee to inherite it when hee shall come to thage of xxjti yeares
Provided allwaies that if it shall fortune that Elizth my wife and executor shall enter or molest for
any her dowrie upon or in any of the sayde land or premises after my sonne Edward shall have his
inheritennce of the sayde howses and land, and shee not content wth this my bequest geven to her,
then my will is that shee prsentlie shall pay unto this my sonne Edward Ten pounds out of the sayd moveable goods so bequeathed unto her
And furthr my will is that my sayde wife doe marry That then shee shall put into the hands of my
Feoffers who are heere under named such sufficiente securitie for the sayde legacies wch I have geven
and bequeathed unto my Children
In Witnes yt is my true will and for the pfecte assurance of the same, I have set to my hande and seale,
and have appointed Thomas Woode and John Traye my brother in Law, my over seers, and doe geve and will for their paines xijd a peece
