This is the last Will and Testament of me John Boorman of the Parish of Cranbrook in the County of Kent Yeoman being of sound mind memory & understanding

First I nominate constitute and appoint James Skinner Minister and William Unicume Yeoman both of the said Parish Executors of this my Will
And I give to the former ten pounds and to the latter five pounds as a token of respect

I give and devise to my Executors All that messuage or tenement Outbuildings lands and Premises with all the rights and Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate in the said Parish and now in my own occupation To hold the said real estate to my said Executors their heirs and assigns for ever In trust for the following purposes

As soon as is convenient after my decease my said real estate shall be sold And after the discharge of my debts funeral expences and the probate of this my Will

I give unto my niece Katharine daughter of my brother James Deceased ten pounds
and to my niece Ann daughter of my said brother James twenty pounds
I also give unto Katharine my niece daughter of my brother Thomas Boorman Deceased ten pounds

I give unto my Executors One hundred Pounds In trust to be invested in safe security and the interest arising therefrom shall be paid half yearly and every half year to my brother Mercer Boorman for and during the term of his natural life
And at his decease I give the said hundred pounds trust money to my nephew John Boorman son of the said Mercer Boorman and his heirs

All the rest residue and remainder of my estate real and Personal whatsoever and wheresoever I give to my said nephew and his heirs And revoking all former Wills by me made I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal This eleventh day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty three John Boorman

revoking order to sell real estate and permitting sister Sarah Hayward to occupy his house and premises during her life
