Will of Ann Borlase

of Charlton, Kent

I give to my sister Harriet Holme of Leamington one hundred pounds
and to my niece Jane wife of Leigh Trafford Esquire the sum of one hundred pounds

I give devise and bequeath all my real estate and also all my money in the funds ready money and securities for money goods chattels furniture and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever which I have power to dispose of by this my Will (except such articles as I may give or bequeath by any Codicil to this my will and subject to the payment of the legacies) unto my niece Mary Holme daughter of my brother The Reverend Frederick William Holme her heirs executors and administrators

And I appoint my said niece Mary Holme Executrix of this my will
