Item the resydue of all my goods, my dettes first payed and my will fulfylled, I gyve unto Joane my wyef
Item I will if it fortune that if Jone my wyef do marrye agayne the Jewell? that Jone my wyef shall paye Unto my three Daughters, that is
to saye, Anne, Elizabeth and Sarah to everye one of them three pounds syxe shillings, eighte pence of good & currant money
of England To be payd Unto evrye one of them as they shall come to their age of twentye and four yeares
And if it fortune my wyef do not marrye agayne, Then I will that she shall gyve unto Anne, Elizabeth and Sarah and to everye of them, as
she may convenyentlye feare to evrye one of them, at her will and pleasure
Also I will that Joane my wyef gyve to evrye one of my Sonnes, that is to saye, Thomas, Harrye and wyllyam as she maye convenyentlye
Spare at her diseretyon
And unto this my will I ordayne and make the sayd Joane my wyef to be my sole Executrix of this my wyll and Testament
