First I desire to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor herein after named and after
payment of all my just Debts Funeral Expences and the charges of Proving this my Will
I give and bequeath unto my Grand daughter Maria Smith my Mahogany Chest of Drawers and Mahogany
Swing Glass and Fringe Napkin on the same and a Gold Ring
and all my Leasehold premises and also my ready Monies Securities for Money and all the Rest and Residue of my Goods Chattels and Effects and Personal Estate I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas Botten to and for his own absolute use
and revoking all former Wills by me made I declare this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty Sixth day of May
in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Six.

On the fourteenth day of October in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven Administration with the Will and Codicil annexed of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of Elizabeth Botten late of the Parish of Otham in the County of Kent Widow deceased was granted to Thomas Botten the Son and Residuary Legatee name in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased having been first sworn duly to Administer.
