I direct all my just Debts to be fully paid and satisfied together with the Charges of Proving this my Will and carrying the same into execution, and all charges for Journeys done and otherwise relating to the due execution of this my Will
I Give to Elizabeth the Widow of my late Brother Richard Ditton the Sum of Twenty Pounds
and to my Brothers the said Daniel Ditton and Robert Ditton their Executors and Administrators the Sum of twenty pounds each
Also I Give unto my Sisters Mary, Catherine and to their respective Executors and Administrators the Sum of twenty Pounds each
Also I Give unto William Ditton his Executors and Administrators (who is the Son of my late Brother Thomas Ditton) Ten Pounds
I Give unto Elizabeth, Sarah and Robert Nash the three Children of my Sister Elizabeth by her first Husband and to their respective
Executors and Administrators the Sum of Twenty Pounds to be divided between them
I Give all my Wearing Apparel to my Said Sisters Mary, Catherine and Elizabeth equally and to their respective Executors and Administrators
And as to all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects whatsoever, I Give and bequeath the same unto my Brothers Daniel and Robert and my said Sisters Mary, Catherine and Elizabeth, and to their respective Executors and Administrators equally to be divided between them, share and share alike, Hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

The before Registered Will of Sarah Bourne, Widow, deceased was proved the Seventeenth day of March 1810 before the Reverend John Francis, Clerk, Surrogate to the Right Hon'ble. Sir William Scott, Knight, Doctor of Laws, Official General to the Reverend the Archdeacon of Canterbury, lawfully constituted by the Oaths of Daniel Ditton the Brother and Samuel Button the Executors named in the said Will They being first sworn duly to Administer the same
