Item I give and bequeath unto my child which my wife nowe goeth with (if it be a boy) all that my messuage and tenements called or known by the name of Ravens and all the outhouses edifices and buildings and lands and premisses thereunto belonging lyeing and being in the severall parishes of Preston -Neare -Faversham and Owre or one of them in the said County of Kent except the joynture of my nowe wife.
And all that my messuage or tenement lands and premisses lyeing and being in the Parish of Hearne in the said County of Kent.
And also all that my messuage or tenement and backside lyeing and being in the Parish of Boughton Under the Bleane in the
said County of Kent to him and his heirs forever payeing unto FRANCIS BOYER daughter of the said
GEORGE BOYER the sume of five hundred pounds of lawfull money of England at her age of eighteen yeares.
As for the porcon of the said FRANCIS (provided it not be a boy) for want of such issue male the use and behoofe to the heirs female of the said GEORGE BOYER to them and their heirs forever equally to be devided between them. And for want of such issue female to the use and behoofe of JUDETH my now wife to her and her heirs forever (except the messuage and lands in Hearne.)
And as for touching and concerning the messuage and lands and premisses in Hearne
aforesaid and for want of such issue as aforesaid for the use and behoofe of JUDETH
my now wife for and dureing the terme of her naturall life without impeachment of waste
and immediately from and after the decease of the said JUDETH to the only
use and behoofe of JOHN BOYER brother to the said GEORGE BOYER to him and
his heires forever and to and for no other uses whatsoever or purposes whatsoever.
Item I give and bequeath unto JOSEPH BOYER my uncle the summe of three pounds of lawfull money of England yearely and every yeare duringe the terme of his naturall life (the first payment to begin within one month after my decease.)
Item I give and bequeath unto JUDETH my loving wife all the rest and residue of my personell estate goods and chattells cattell whatsoever being one of my Executors.
And I doe hereby make and ordaine my loveing wife and WILLIAM FINCH of Maidstone withe ��
Maidstone in the said County of Kent Gent full and sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
And I doe hereby revoke disannull and make void all former wills and testaments by me hereunto fore made.
In Witness whereof the said GEORGE BOYER to this my last Will and Testament being contained in one sheet
of paper have sett my hand and seale the first Day of Aprill within the seaven and twentieth year of Our
Sovereigne Lord King Charles the Second of England in Anno Dmi 1675 GEORGE BOYER Witnesseth
