In the name of God Amen George Bradshawe late whiles hee lyved of the p[ar]ishe of Chistlet deceased in the time of his sickenes whereof he dyed, yt is in the latter ende of the Month of Auguste ano din 1598 or in the beginning of September following, being then sicke of bodie but of verie good and p[er]fecte memory did make and declare his laste will and testam[en]t nuncupatyve in maner and forme following, or by the like words in effecte & substance (That is to saye)

George Bradshawe being remembered or put in minde to make his will; sayed and willed that Isabell his wife should have and enjoy all his goods and chattles whatsoever shee paying his debts; or to pay his debts & to bring up his fyve children w[i]thall
