I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences be paid as soon as possible after my decease
And subject therefore I give devise and bequeath all the real and personal Estate of or to which I shall be seized possessed
or entitled at the time of my decease unto Isaac Smith of Ospringe aforesaid, Labourer, his heirs, executors, administrators and assignes
As to one moiety thereof Upon trust for Elizabeth the Wife of the said Isaac Smith
And as to the other moiety thereof Upon trust for Mary-Ann the Daughter of the said Isaac Smith on her attaining the age of Twenty
one years
And I declare that the receipts in writing of the said Elizabeth Smith and Mary-Ann Smith
(notwithstanding coverture) shall be good discharges for all monies payable to them respectively by vertue hereof
I revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions by me heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
And I appoint the said Isaac Smith sole Executor hereof

present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

The before registered Will of Ann Branch, Spinster, deceased was proved the tenth day of July 1852 before the Reverend John Metcalfe, Clerk, Surrogate of the Worshipful Travers Twiss, Doctor of Laws, Official General to the Reverend the Archdeacon of Canterbury, lawfully constituted by the Oath of Isaac Smith, the sole Executor named in the said Will, He being first sworn duly to perform the same.

Ann Branch of Cocksett, Ospringe was buried 29th June 1852 at SS Peter & Paul, Ospringe, Kent, aged 56.
Anne Branch was baptised 21st September 1794, d. of John and Grace Branch, at Ospringe.
