I John Brasier of Cudham Junr. Being sick of Body but of sound and disposing memory praise be given to God for the same doe make my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following that is to say first and principally I resigne my soule into the mercifull hands of Allmighty God my Creator assuredly hopeing through the merrits of my blessed Saviour Jesus Christ to obtain pardon and remission of all my sins and my body I committ to the Earth whence it was taken to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix herein after mentioned
and as for the worldly goods and Estate the Lord hath lent mee I dispose thereof as followeth

Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my sonn John Brasier and his Heires forever all my house and Land at Tatsfield with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging now in the Occupation of James Brasier after his mother�s decease
Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Anne Cowland five shillings to be paid her within Twelve months after my decease

Item I give and bequeath to my sons Richard Brasier and James Brasier and Thomas Brasier and William Brasier all them severall parcells of Land lying in the Parish of Tandridy and now in the occupation of Cunstable and Haward for the said Richard James and Thomas and William to injoy and possesse their parte of the said Land when as they come to the age of one and Twenty yeares
and if either of them happen to decease and die before he come to the age of Twenty one yeares the other shall injoy his part being equally divided between them

Item I give and bequeath to my sonnes Arndall Brasier and Francis Brasier Threescore pounds apeece to be paid to them by my Executrix when they or either of them shall live to the age of Twenty and one yeares
Item I give to my Daughters Mary Brasier and Joane Brasier and Elizabeth Brasier and Sarah Brasier and Frances Brasier and Susanna Brasier the sume of fifty pounds a peice to bee paid to them by my Executrix whenas either of them shall live to the age of Twenty and one yeares she shall have her Portion paid by mine Executrix

Item lastly I give and bequeath to my dear and loveing wife Anne Brasier all the rest and residue of my Estate goods and Chattels not herein before bequeathed after my debts and funerall charges and Expences and Legacies are paid whome I doe make sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testatrix revokeing all other Wills by me heretofore made

in wittness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this Eleaventh day of July One Thousand six hundred Ninety six John Brasier sealed and delivered in the psence of us
