In the Name of God Amen I John Brasier of Bexley in the County of Kent Farmer being in perfect Health and of sound and disposing Mind and Memory praised be Almighty God for the same do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following that is to say
first I recommend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God and my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the Discretion of my Executors herein after named and as to such Worldly Estate as God hath been pleased to bless me withall I give bequeath and dispose thereof in manner and forme following that is to say

First I give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Annabella Brasier one full third part of all my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever

also the full remaining two full thirds part thereof and all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever not herein before disposed of I give and bequeath unto my only Daughter Mary Brasier for ever

Provided always that in case my said Daughter should happen to Dye unmarried and under the Age of twenty one years then and in such case from and immediately after her Decease I give and bequeath All and Singular my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever (hereinbefore bequeathed unto my said Wife and Daughter) and all other my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said Wife and unto Elizabeth Dalton Daughter of Samuel Dalton of Sutton at Hone in the county aforesaid Yeoman to be equally divided between them share and share alike

also I make constitute and appoint the said Samuel Dalton and John Dalton his Son Joint Executors of this my last Will
Lastly I hereby revoke and make void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore amde and do declare this to be my only last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said John Brasier the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one Sheet of Paper sett my hand and seal this Eleventh Day of September in the sixteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second by the grace of God of great Britain France and Ireland Kind Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and forty two The mark of John Brasier
