This is the last Will and Testament of me James Brasier of Cudham in the County of Kent

First I Give and bequeath unto my Sister Sarah Brasier�s Children the Sum of Two hundred Pounds to be Paid to them or such of them as Shall be living at the Age of Twenty one Years Divided Share and Share alike

and Also I Give and bequeath unto my Sister Frances Walker deceased Daughter Frances the Sum of Two hundred Pounds to be Paid to her at the Age of Twenty one Years

and Also I Give and bequeath unto my Servant Hannah Cooper one annuity or clear ..... Charge of Fifteen Pounds for and during the term of her natural life to be paid unto her half yearly

And all the rest and Residue of my Real and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what Nature or Kind sover (Subject to the payment of all my Just Debts and Funeral Expences and the Annuity and Legacies hereinbefore by me given)I Do hereby Give and bequeath unto my Brother John Brasier his Heirs and Assigns for ever

And Lastly I Do hereby appoint my said Brother John Brasier to be the Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have to this my Will set my hand and seal twelfth of December in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred Sixty four James Brasier
