In the name of god amen the thirtheth day of december on thousand sixe hundred seventy and six acording to the computation of the church of Ingland
I Daniell Breicher of Rolvenden in the County of Kent, husbandman, being of perfect memory and remembrance praised bee god, do make and ordaine this my last Will and testament in manar and forme folowing
First I bequeath my soul in to the hands of allmighty god my maker hoping throu Jesus Christ to reseve the pardon of all my sins and my body to bee buried in Christian buariall at the discrition of my executur hear aftar mentioned

Item I give unto my Son George Breiecher the sume of tenn pounds to bee paid hime at the age of on and twenty years and allso I give him tenn pound at the present for two put hime out an aprentice two a Capintar at the discresion of my exceitor or ovarsears

Item the rest of my goods I give unto my son John and Mary my Wife and to her or his heier for evar upon condition that they shall pay my debts and legacies

I make them, that is to say my son John and Mary my Wife my sole Executier of this my last will and testament revoking other wills and testaments

In witnes hearof I have hear unto set my hand and seale the day and year furst a bove writen
The Will above writen was read ovar to the above said Daniell Breichar and by him a proved of as his last will and testament in the presence of Stephen Chittenden
