In the name of god amen the xviiith day of December 1619 I ALEXANDER BRENSELEY of Harrietsham in the county of Kent husbandman beinge sick of body but in perfect remembrance thanks be given unto God do make and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner and form as followinge.
First I bequeath my Soule into the hands of almighty god my maker hopinge by the precious death and passion of Christ Jesus to have full remission and foregiveness for all my sins and my body I give to be buryed within the churchyard of Harrietsham aforesaid.

Item I bequeath unto MARY BRENSELEY my daughter five pounds to be put out towards her education by my executrix within one twelve month after my decease or if my wife marry before the yeare be expired that then she is to put it out upon that day shee is married and if it happen that my daughter Mary dy before she comes to the age of xxi yeares it is to remain to my executrix.

Item all the rest of my moveables and corne and cattell household stuff and ymplements of household I give unto ANN BRENSELEY my wife whom I doe make sole executrix of this my last will and testament and I doe make George Brockwell and Michaell Malim supravisors of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have sette my hand and marke the day and yeare above written. These being witnesses hereunto. George Brockwell Michaell Malim his marke.
